If your GOPORT account is deactivated due to inactivity or locked because the wrong password was used, Solutions Center can reset most of the user-ids (Motor Carriers are self-administered). Just send an email to: solutionscenter@scspa.com with your problem and user-id.
ORION access is limited to Steamship Lines and Customs House Brokers. But if your access is hung or locked, just send an email to: solutionscenter@scspa.com with your username and any errors noted.
Motor Carriers/Truckers will need to contact their GOPORT Company Administrators. If you need your company administrator contact information send an email to: solutionscenter@scspa.com
